A Decade of Defects?
Pity the first woman CEO of General Motors - Mary T. Barra has to answer for a ten-year pattern of defective cars -- 1.6 million of them! Apparently, the problems have been addressed during that time, but G.M. execs were kept in the dark. Mary issued a public apology, which is rare - as a new CEO, it can't be fun to be the lead donkey.
